Projects & Concepts

The following concepts are independently developed project ideas that showcase my approach to creating meaningful experiences, cultural initiatives, community-focused projects, and place-based concepts.

Possible elements of the concept include:

Roller skating and inline skating areas

Themed and event nights

Activities for families and children

Lounge areas with food and drink

Social spaces for groups, clubs and community activities

By combining movement, entertainment and social interaction, Roll & Fun creates a place that brings together people of different generations and encourages shared experiences.

Potential / Impact

The concept creates an attractive leisure destination with a high quality of stay and encourages interaction between generations. It can help revitalise locations, attract new target groups and develop into a distinctive meeting place for the region over time.

At the same time, it combines leisure, movement and community in a way that goes beyond traditional sports or event formats.

Roll & Fun

A place that gets people moving.
Roll & Fun brings together movement, music, social connection and food & drink to create a leisure destination for different generations.

Starting Point

Many leisure activities are designed for specific target groups. At the same time, many places lack spaces where different generations can enjoy their free time together. This is exactly where Roll & Fun comes in.

Concept

Roll & Fun takes the traditional roller rink a step further, transforming it into a vibrant leisure and social space combining movement, music, food & drink and a changing programme of events.

A festival that is not simply attended, but truly experienced.

Potential / Impact

Nordic Roots creates strong tourism appeal and builds an emotional connection to its location. Through its distinctive visual identity and atmospheric staging, the festival has a high level of recognition.

At the same time, it creates opportunities for regional economic value, cultural partnerships and an event format that can become a lasting part of the identity of a place or region.

Festival Concept

Nordic Roots

Where nature, music and community become an experience.
Nordic Roots brings together Nordic inspiration, nature, music and human connection to create an atmospheric festival experience with a distinctive identity.

Starting Point

Many people are looking for experiences that offer more than entertainment alone: connecting with nature, experiencing a sense of community and discovering culture in a unique way. At the same time, there is a lack of formats that combine these elements into one authentic overall experience.

Concept

Nordic Roots creates an atmospheric outdoor festival that brings together Nordic culture, nature, music and shared activities to form an immersive experience.

Possible elements of the festival include:

Live music with folk, Nordic and ambient influences

Craft and cultural areas featuring regional and Nordic-inspired exhibitors

Fire pits, light installations and atmospheric experience spaces

Guided nature experiences and themed social activities

Community rituals, workshops and interactive cultural activities

As a location-independent concept, Nordic Roots can be adapted to distinctive natural and cultural settings, creating a strong connection between landscape, atmosphere and community.

Potential / Impact

The format gives instrumental music a new public stage and shows how modern, diverse and emotional making music together can be.

At the same time, THE SOUND OF US can strengthen music schools, local ensembles and youth music programmes while inspiring young people to discover an instrument themselves.

Many different ensembles become part of something bigger:

THE SOUND OF US – When Germany Plays Together.

Das passt jetzt viel besser zu deinem bestehenden Website-Aufbau von Roll & Fun und verrät trotzdem nicht die konkrete Vorrunden-, Final-, Wertungs- und Bewerbungsmechanik aus deinem internen Formatboard.

THE SOUND OF US

When Germany Plays Together.

A stage for people who make music together.

THE SOUND OF US combines instrumental music, competition, community and regional diversity in a modern entertainment format.

Starting Point

Across Germany, people make music together in music schools, local music associations, orchestras and ensembles. They shape regional culture, connect generations and share a passion for music – yet they are rarely visible in mainstream entertainment.

This is where THE SOUND OF US begins.

Concept Idea

THE SOUND OF US brings instrumental ensembles from different regions of Germany together on one major stage.

The focus is not on individual stars, but on playing together: different instruments, generations, musical styles and people.

The instruments are the stars.

Possible Elements of the Concept Include:

instrumental ensembles from different regions of Germany

a variety of musical styles and instruments

musical competition and major live performances

stories and personalities behind the ensembles

a combination of jury, audience and musical experience

shared musical moments beyond the competition

THE SOUND OF US combines competition with community, transforming regional instrumental music into an emotional entertainment experience.

At the same time, it generates new opportunities for visitor engagement, partnerships, education and regional economic value

– creating a strong foundation for the long-term development of the site.

Future Development Programme for a Historic Cultural Site

Preserving history. Shaping the present. Creating the future.

A development concept that strengthens the role of historic cultural sites within their region through education, community engagement and new formats.

Starting Point

Historic cultural sites have a strong identity and tell the story of a region. At the same time, many face the challenge of reaching new audiences, remaining socially relevant and making greater use of their potential for education, community engagement and regional development.

Concept

The programme transforms historic cultural sites into vibrant places where history, education, culture and community come together.

Possible elements of the concept include:

Cultural event series and themed weeks

Educational programmes for schools, families and adults

Regional partnerships with associations, artists and institutions

Interactive and community-focused formats

Seasonal events to bring greater activity and visibility to the site

This creates vibrant places that connect past, present and future while actively engaging a wide range of audiences.

A historic place remains alive when people make it their own.

Potential / Impact

The concept strengthens regional identity, creates new spaces for connection and enhances the social relevance of historic cultural sites.

At the same time, it generates new opportunities for visitor engagement, partnerships, education and regional economic value

– creating a strong foundation for the long-term development of the site.

GENTLEMEN

More than just making a good impression.

GENTLEMEN is a high-quality entertainment format about personal development, character and the question: What defines a modern gentleman today?

The Starting Point

Masculinity in the media is often portrayed through status, strength, appearance or stereotypical roles. At the same time, there is a lack of formats that present personal development in an entertaining way without exposing people or focusing solely on their weaknesses.

The way a person is perceived is shaped by much more than clothing or outward appearance. Communication, respect, self-confidence, reliability, social skills and a willingness to take responsibility all contribute to the impression someone makes.

Concept Idea

GENTLEMEN follows a diverse group of men on a shared journey of personal development. The focus is not on who already appears to be the perfect gentleman, but on the individual potential each participant brings and how he can develop it further.

Possible elements of the format include:

Individual development missions

Style, grooming and personal appearance

Communication, voice and body language

Social etiquette and hosting skills

Movement, fitness and dance

Individual and group challenges

Teamwork and communal living

A real-life social community project

Experts guide the participants in different areas. What they learn is not only practised but applied in real-life situations, making their development visible.

Potential / Impact

The concept strengthens environmental awareness, community spirit and identification with the local environment. At the

same time, it creates attractive nature-based experiences for school groups, families and visitors.

By actively involving children and young people, nature is not simply explained but experienced and shaped first-hand. The

result is a place where environmental education, social interaction and community engagement come together in a lasting way.

The Green Classroom

Experience nature. Understand it. Help shape it.

The Green Classroom combines environmental education, nature experiences and community engagement to create a vibrant outdoor learning and meeting place.

The Starting Point

Children and young people are spending less and less time in nature. At the same time, there is a growing need for environmental education, sustainable action and shared experiences beyond the traditional classroom.

Many existing programmes focus primarily on information boards or individual activities. Yet some of the most lasting learning experiences happen when people become actively involved and experience nature first-hand.

Concept Idea

The Green Classroom transforms natural spaces into interactive places for learning and discovery. Together with schools, associations, conservation groups and local authorities, it creates an environment where children, young people and families can not only observe nature, but explore, shape and actively contribute to it.

Possible elements of the concept include:

Bee and insect discovery stations

Bird and nature observation

Barefoot and nature experience trails

Tree planting and woodland care activities

Interactive puzzles and hands-on discovery stations

School projects and sponsorships

Holiday programmes and family activities

Schools can help design individual areas and take long-term responsibility for them. An interactive discovery trail featuring

activities, puzzles and a final solution word adds a playful approach to exploring and understanding nature.

Some places don’t need a new story. Just a new perspective.

Potential / Impact

THE LAKE IS THE STAGE creates a cultural experience that is intrinsically connected to Lake Constance – and therefore cannot

simply be transferred to any other location.

The format brings together culture, tourism and regional identity while creating opportunities for new collaborations between

cities, cultural organisations, gastronomy, tourism partners and businesses.

For one evening, a familiar setting becomes something entirely new:

Lake Constance itself becomes the experience.

Culture · Music · Staging

THE LAKE IS THE STAGE

What if Lake Constance became a stage for one evening?

An extraordinary evening on the water. Music, dance, light and the unique setting of Lake Constance come together in an

experience where not only a stage is brought to life – but the lake itself becomes part of the performance.

Starting Point

Lake Constance is one of Europe’s most renowned and attractive regions. Nature, tourism and leisure shape its identity. At the

same time, this extraordinary setting offers the potential for cultural formats that go far beyond traditional events.

Concept Idea

THE LAKE IS THE STAGE reimagines Lake Constance itself as a stage.

A temporary production on or directly by the water combines music, dance, light and atmosphere to create an exceptional evening.

Possible elements could include:

a floating stage or a stage positioned directly by the water

live music and dance as central elements

lighting installations across the water and shoreline

selected culinary experiences

distinctive audience areas on land or on the water

collaborations with cultural institutions, tourism partners and regional businesses

The focus is not on the size of the event, but on the uniqueness of the moment.

One night. One lake. One stage.

Connection happens when people experience, discover and celebrate together.

Potential / Impact

Ubuntu encourages connection, understanding and cultural exchange while creating an attractive opportunity to experience city

centres in a new way.

The festival can attract new visitor groups, strengthen local gastronomy, hospitality and retail, and position cities as open,

vibrant cultural destinations.event format.

Ubuntu – Festival of Cultures

More than showcasing culture. Experiencing it together.

Ubuntu is a travelling cultural and community festival that brings African cultures to life through music, food, art and personal

encounters.

Starting Point

Cities are looking for formats that bring cultural diversity to life, connect people and at the same time create new opportunities

for city centres, tourism and the regional economy. Ubuntu brings these goals together in one shared experience.

Concept

Ubuntu is a travelling cultural and community festival that can take place in a different city each year. The focus is not simply

on observing culture, but on connection, shared experiences and direct exchange.

Possible elements of the concept include:

Live music and dance

Food and street food

Art and crafts

Workshops and hands-on activities

Spaces for dialogue and connection

Family and children’s programme

Cultural associations and initiatives

By combining culture, education and community, Ubuntu creates a festival experience that goes far beyond a traditional event

format.

History comes alive when people do not just observe it – but become part of it for a while.

Potential / Impact

The concept enhances the appeal of historic railway lines and creates new reasons for families, tourists and history

enthusiasts to visit.

It can encourage longer stays, contribute to regional economic value and position historic railway lines as distinctive visitor

experiences.

Thanks to its modular approach, the concept can be adapted to a wide range of heritage and narrow-gauge railways, offering

the opportunity to make regional history emotionally engaging, authentic and memorable.

Journey Through Time by Rail

Don’t just see history – become part of it for a few hours.

Journey Through Time by Rail transforms a traditional heritage railway journey into an immersive experience combining history,

atmosphere and regional identity.

Starting Point

Heritage railways preserve an important part of regional and technological history. However, the experience often focuses

primarily on the train journey itself. At the same time, visitors are increasingly looking for experiences that do more than simply

present history – they want to experience it emotionally and first-hand.

Concept

Journey Through Time by Rail transforms the journey into a trip to another era. Historic vehicles, staged scenes of everyday life

and authentic encounters allow visitors to immerse themselves in the region’s history for a few hours.

Possible elements of the concept include:

Actors in period clothing

Recreated station life and everyday historical scenes

Traditional music, crafts and regional specialities

Themed journeys featuring changing stories

Traditional forms of transport and historic settings

Interactive activities for families and children

Potential / Impact

The concept enhances the appeal of historic railway lines and creates new reasons for families, tourists and history

enthusiasts to visit.

It can encourage visitors to stay longer, support regional economic value and position heritage railways as distinctive

experience destinations.

Thanks to its modular structure, the concept can be adapted to a wide range of heritage and narrow-gauge railways across

Germany, offering an opportunity to bring history to life in an emotional, memorable and sustainable way.
