Great concepts are not created at a drawing board.

They emerge where people, places, stories, and opportunities come together.

That is exactly where my work begins.

I develop concepts for organisations, companies, places and projects that open up new perspectives and build on existing potential.

I am particularly interested in understanding what people need, what shapes a place or an organisation, and what opportunities already exist. I observe, listen closely, and bring different requirements and perspectives together to develop structured ideas and viable concepts.

My focus is not primarily on what is missing, but on the potential that already exists.

For me, development does not necessarily mean creating something entirely new. Often, the potential already exists within a place, an organisation or an existing idea. I see my role as identifying that potential, developing it further, and turning it into concepts and formats with a clear purpose.

I combine creativity with structure, strategic thinking with practical feasibility, and new perspectives with a strong sense of people, identity and atmosphere.

Milestones That Shaped My Perspective

Hotel Management Professional

In the hospitality industry, I learned early on that people remember not only processes and services, but above all how they felt in a particular place.

This experience continues to shape my perspective today: meaningful experiences are created when functionality, atmosphere and people’s needs are considered together.

Office Management Professional

For me, structure does not mean bureaucracy. It creates the space in which ideas can grow and projects can be successfully implemented.

Certified Business Administrator for Office and Project Management (IHK)

The further training sharpened my understanding of how an idea can be developed into a structured and feasible project. Organising requirements, identifying connections, considering processes and stakeholders, and deriving concrete next steps are just as much a part of concept development for me as creativity.

Certified Trainer (AEVO)

People develop best when their strengths are recognised and their perspectives are taken seriously. The trainer qualification has sharpened my ability to communicate knowledge clearly, recognise different needs and support development in a focused way.

This perspective continues to shape my concepts today – because good solutions are not only created for people, but with an understanding of them.

Today, I bring these different experiences and qualifications together in my work: a strong sense of people and experiences, commercial structure, project organisation, and the ability to recognise potential and connections.
