I listen.
I understand the starting situation, the place, the target groups and the framework conditions, and recognise what is really needed.
I develop.
From that, I shape a concept idea with a clear experience, its own identity and a fitting atmosphere.
I think ahead.
I make the concept feasible: with a first pilot step, possible partners and a timeline.
Result: a concept paper covering the starting situation, target groups, concept idea and next steps.
